Ben Lomond Peak

Amazingly we had a summer day to kill in town, so we made a dash to go bag the most dominate peak around Ogden.
Beautiful weather, wild flowers, and lots of people were on the trail from North Ogden Divide, but we had the summit all to ourselves.
It's been at least 10 years since I have been on Ben Lomonds summit, but I certainly don't remember the pathetic trail register box on the summit. Whoever put it up there please go get it, and take it to the recyclers. The lid is sprung and the box is full of water.
